Has anyone purchased prescription swim goggles for their child? I am looking for the best place to go for these. My daughter is 4 (almost 5).

Thanks!

Thanks so much! I will check out both Decathlon and Opti Sports. Her vision is quite horrible so we really do need them.

Decathlon have some up to minus 4 prescription but they may be too big for your child.

Hi, I got prescription swim goggles made for my son with Opti Sport at Dubai Mall. They are located at the top floor by the cinema, on top of the ice rink. They do all types of prescription glasses-including ski goggles, snorkels etc.. Hope that helps. yep was going to say opti sports, with masks they have to be a certain shape in order for them to get prescriptions etc.

Hi Susans Sister - re this request when DH and I went snorkling he had prescription snorkling mask made and got on with them very well- bit expensive but worth it. I wore contacts but was not comfortable with them all the time so was worried when I snorked without contacts I would not see clearly. However it surprised me that the plastic glass in goggles and snorkling masks actually make things look larger and focused under water. As your young daughter is very young it may be worth giving it a go without prescription. Save on cost for a while. Just a thought but good luck.
