I ordered some books online and have accidently put the wrong PO Box number in the shipping details. Does anyone know what I can do? The books have just left the UK now so would not be in Dubai yet. TIA

I would put a post it on the front of that PO BOX (or can you post a note in through the edge) to ask them to put the parcel advice slip into your PO Box. I often receive the DEWA bill for somebody with a similar PO Box number and I manage to post half of that through the front of their PO Box.

u would need to go to your po box counter and ask them what to do, doubt they would tell you who owns that box, confidentially etc.

Are they being sent via courier? If you have the tracking number, call the company and give them the correct details. Otheriwse see if the post office can tell you who the PO box belongs to.
