Can anyone recommend a good physiotherapist at Mediclinic Meadows or Ibn Battuta location?

Glad to hear your recovery is going well, I have just booked some sessions with her in a couple of weeks when I get back. I have just looked at her profile and she specialises in shoulder injuries so thats exactly what I am looking for so thank you! Let me know how you get on. It was Kelly who recommended my surgeon as he is also based there :)

Just had my stitches out this morning, still got my arm strapped up though. I start physio again with Kelly next week, so hopefully should see a great improvement from then. She is an excellent physio and you can talk to her and she will explain everything.

Great thanks GE, I should have asked you in the first place! Received my MRI results and I have slap II lesion/tear of the bicipital anker so doc wants me to try physio first before surgery although they need to reattach it so I think physio will only help strengthen the muscle not repair it. Hope your recovery is going well.

I can highly recommend Kelly Fray at Mediclinic Meadows. Both DH and I have seen her.
