Went to the Dubai Mall on Friday night and took DS into the bathroom to wash his face paint off. While we were standing at the sink a woman pushes her trolley and son into the bathroom and the boy proceeds to vomit ALL OVER the floor with the majority of it landing on the cleaning ladies fabric sneakers. I felt so bad for the cleaning lady and she came and stood in the sink next to us trying to get all the vomit off her shoes but since they were fabric and it was all inside the laces, I'm sure the shoes were a total loss.

Ohhh yes...I have it- OH has had since wednesday last week- can't keep anything down, fever and aches- has anyone been to the docs and knows what it is?? It's horrid! Been to doc and its a virus. Nothing to be done about it except lots of liquids to stay hydrated. Immodium doesnt even work on this hardcore virus! Doctor gave Kaptin antidiarheal for our DS to maintain healthy flora in our DS stomach from all the diarrhea. Dont know if it worked or not but anyways they were both healthy until a few days ago when we all started to get flu! ARgh!

yes DH, baby and I have all had it. We presumed it was circulating as all the wives and kids were returning from "home" recently. Anyway it lasted 2 weeks for DH and I and about one week (of sleepless nights, sickness and dioreah (sp!!)) for our DD

Eeeek. I really, really don't want a tummy bug! Let's hope it bypasses me and goes straight to DH. Actually, no... then it'd be ebola or something, and I can't cope with that either. DS 3.5 barfed in the truck on the weekend but temp went way down so we thought it was to do with the bumpy road. DS 13months temp finally went down to 98.5 now but has a bit of the runs but mostly because he's only having liquids. I was fine til I got home with the sick DS and spent the rest of the day running to the toilet. sheesh. Today we're better so hopefully its temperary. I do know of one that said she and her daughter had it bad and that was almost two weeks ago.
