I think they are ok - food is good (when compared to many other European airlines). Good connections. Cannot remember whether they had some entertaiment system. Also connection to downtown Vienna is fine from the airport by train. I think Lufthansa is using old planes to Frankfurt, new ones to Munich are nice!

I've tried it once only cos I broke that time. Customer service is not superb, though i can't really tell cos I was asleep the whole flight!

Austrian Airlines - don't get me started! THE WORST and rudest customer service -they totally contravene IATA passenger rights and disrespect passengers. They messed up and left my DS stranded in Vienna and did not provide him any assistance as required by EU law. AVOID like the plague.
