35 dhs/hr for a babysitter through Super Maids & taxi home in the evening. We did use someone else's maid at 25 dhs/hr but soon realised that this was not legal.

We used to have a neighbours maid babysit and we paid her 25aed/ hr. Our DD was always in bed asleep. We didn't pay any travel as she lived 3 doors down. We also had a friend's teenage daughter. We paid her aed30 / HR as this was the equivalent she got in the UK for babysitting for friends of the family. We always paid for her taxi home. She was saving to go to uni in the UK.
