Bachelors living in Villa

We have what appears to be a number of bachelors, judging by the number of cars parked outside, living in a 2 bed villa.

As they are also disturbing the peace of what is normally a quiet family neighborhood I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to report them.

Thanks

If the neighbors are noisy call 999. I have neighbors from **** ( did post on about it on EW) and after 2 years battle I think it finally got sorted on Thursday nigh. The police came 15 times last winter and twice in 3 weeks this winter. I call when it is unbearable. As soon as the police leaves they start again. On Thursday I had to call the police again as the kids were very noisy at 11 30. I told them to be quiet and then a group of women came out and started ringing the bell and pushing the inter phone. When the police came the 3 men came out and it was awful. The father of the kids did not show his face. I told the police that these men did not live in the house. The police advised me to make a case in rashidya so I went and they had to come. I was there for 2 hours. I opened a case and they asked me to sign another paper to freeze the case. Then they called the men in explain to them they had to sign the paper promising they will obey the rules and guess what they refused ! The police screamed at them, told them to go and bring their passport and the case will go to the public prosecutor . Then he gave me the case number and date and asked me to go home. No idea now as to what will happen. At least I know they now had a warning. I told the chief of police that none of the 3 men were living in the house and he took note. One of the police who came yesterday said he came before for the same and he remembered seeing the kids (2 and 5) on the road late at night. Yesterday was the 1 st peaceful day we have had since we moved in. No screaming no kids with whistles playing outside until 11 at night during the week and later at week ends, no slamming of doors.....so the police is the way to go and if they do not listen open a case . I wish I did it before.

Thanks u need to check as they are allowed in certain areas. Thanks I will check but I would hope that somewhere like JVT wouldn't allow it.

6 cars must bring a lot of extra traffic and parking problems. It all sounds a bit strange so you're probably wise remaining anonymous! It doesn't sound as if there living together and scraping to get by. Hope you get it sorted.

How many of them are there? I think it's the Municipality that enforces the rule about one family per villa. I wonder where they'll live if they are moved out? Perhaps a word with them to quieten down might be best so they can stay until the end of their lease. They currently have 6 cars, mostly large and new, 6 individuals driving and they're on the go 24/7 transporting "bags" etc in and out at all hours. We also occasionally see a woman with a toddler playing in the middle of the street. The reason we all want to be anonymous is because we are not sure if there would be any repercussions.

I don't know where to report them, but have you tried talking to them about the disturbance they cause? Unless the fact that they are sharing is your real issue. The sharing doesn't really bother me, it's the number of cars parked around their villa, the comings and goings at all times and the cheek they give people walking past. They had an open BBQ on their front balcony the other night, which went on all night into the early morning and then they started being nasty to the local gardeners and street sweepers. I honestly wouldn't like to confront them as I dread to think what might happen. I was always under the impression that bachelors in a villa was illegal, especially when we are in a family environment here.
