I bought all new appliances for the kitchen when we moved and decided on BEKO. I am so so so sorry and will never buy from them again. I have had constant problems with the stove and also the refrigerator. Their after sales service is shoddy and very slow - literally takes weeks and weeks and what you do in the meantime - they don't care. I am on the second fridge from them within one year. They do not like honoring their warranties. Each time, we have to fight and resort to threats to get anything done. It is tiring. I would definitely look at other brands that may offer better after sales service.

Hi, Planning to buy one, would appreciate reviews. Any problems faced?? Thanks in advance. I have no idea about Beko ones but if you are not in a hurry, try waiting for Carrefour's 40% coupon offer. Basically, you get 40% of the price of your dishwasher back as carrefour coupons + additional myclub points which you can use to buy anything from there except the usual salik and phone credit. The offer was in January and then in May....the next one should be before the end of the year. Oh, I am not sure whether they will actually have that offer but there is no harm in waiting for another 2-3 months in case there is one. Just an opinion.
