Belated Hello
Ok think I'm doing things in the wrong order as i've already posted on here a few times but only just noticed that maybe I should have said "Hello" first!!!!!

I'm Kerry and I moved over here 3 weeks ago from Cheshire in the UK to join my husband who's been over here since August 2011. We have 3 children aged 9, 5 and 4 who have just started at Sharjah English School. At the moment we're still in Hotel accomodation and so it doesn't really feel like we've officially moved in yet although we're hoping to be in a villa soon.
Once I've managed to unpack all of the suitcases I'm geared up to get out and about and try to meet people and make some new friends. I know there are coffee mornings to go to but not really sure of the way to go about it. We're planning on living in Sharjah although I imagine I will be spending alot of time in Dubai when the kids are in school. If anyone has any tips for me to help settle in I'd be grateful.
