Definately Traiteur! Amazing high quality food, champagne and a gorgeous setting. Not cheap but veryrefined and grown up.

Try Traiteur at Park Hyatt, Spectrum On One at the Fairmont or The Observatory at the Marriot Habour hotel. All are high end brunches so doubt you will find many children there. If you prefer lunch served al a carte Table 9 do a fantastic Christmas lunch served from 3pm.

We went to Zuma at Easter and that was very grown up and no kids. Also like the brunch at Calabar where you have access to the Fazaris brunch but it's in the grown up section. However, I'm not sure if these run at Christmas, so possibly no help whatsoever! FFx

I wouldn't recommend the Westin Brunch, based on what you say you want. It's normally one of our favourites but we did it at Christmas a couple of years ago. It was incredibly crowded as they had packed tables into areas that are usually 'walk ways', the turkey wasn't very nice and there were no raost potatoes! There were 12 of us (adults and kids) and it occurred to us that one of the nice things about Christmas dinner is everyone sitting down together to eat, whereas with brunch people are off at different times getting their food., which didn't feel right
