Hi, At the moment barsha south is a new area and there isnt any shops that are close by yet. its a upcoming area. so there is gravel roads and houses still being build in the area. if she doesnt drive it might be a bit difficult.

Thats a cheap rental price. What is Barsha south like in terms of shops and other amenities? My daughter has a baby and doesnt drive and needs things close by. At the moment they live in Motor City with most shops like Spinneys near by. Can I have the agents details please?

hi, i have just signed a contract for a amazing villa in barsha south and the agent i dealt with was brilliant. and the price for this 5 bedroom villa ( which is a bit big for us as we are only a family of 4 ) but we took it as the villa was an amazing price 120K and its a brand new villa, there is a identical villa right next to it.. which is owned by 2 brothers. If you like i can give you the agents details who i delt with. The owner is only looking for europeans to live there.. we have signed the contract for the 5th oct as there has to be some things that need to be finished such as they are doing the testings now for the lights, ac, etc.. let me know and ill pass on details. thanks
