Don't forget to barter hard at Dragon Mart... we got blackout for Dhs 15/yard there although we did do the sewing/cutting ourselves.

Sorry, I'm terrible remembering numbers, but I thought it was pretty cheap, I was pleasantly surprised and got it for all our bedroom curtains. Maybe call them and ask to be put through to the curtains section to ask them... IKEA 04-2037555 or Toll free : 800-4532 (800-IKEA)

You can buy it by the meter at Ikea - in the curtains section. We used a curtain guy Abdul 050 528 6708 and he can make curtains from scratch for you or just stitch in the lining to the curtains you have. He will come to your house to take measurements if needed, and/or pick up and drop off your curtains.

Maybe give one of the many 'curtain men' that have been recommended on here a call. They might be happy just to sell you the lining.

We have the IKEA blinds up on every window behind our curtains and find them great.
