I've found out there is a Saturday evening 5pm start bridge club at the Holiday Inn Al Barsha. The lady I spoke to suggested just to turn up at 4.30pm to register. You just pay per session of duplicates. I understand most people here play the American system, whereas me and my husband pay ACOL, but providing you and your partner use the same system you should be OK. Alternatively if you have a pair and play ACOL, we could play as a foursome on a weekday night, which would probably suit us better than a Saturday. If you're interested, let me know.
