I only read recently an article interviewing the GM of the Sheraton and he said, "we want our customers to take the slippers and we wamt our customers to take all of the bathroom products. When they use them at home it makes them want to come and stay with us again"...he went on to say that they do not want their customers to take the towels and robes...... So take them, wear them, wash them and chuck them out when you are done.

I actually don't like slippers but these hotel ones are so light that you don't feel you are wearing any yet they keep you cosy. Sweetsal, am so glad there is another slipper-nicker here. :-P

We must be on the same wavelength - I just washed mine today...lucky they weren't cardboard on the bottom. I got mine from Beijing Fairmont...I think they are a little posh, until they fall apart that is!!

I do seem to have quite a lot of unused flight slippers (the non-posh variety) if anyone wants some!

Isn't there normally a sign that says not to take them and those and [b'>dressing gowns[/b'> are available for purchase in the lobby. :\::\:

If you want some nice slippers similar to good hotel ones, go to The White Company ... they are really nice and wash in the machine as well.

Let me rephrase. Can you put the slippers you get on flights, in the washing machine. :D I doubt it, they usually have cardboard in the soles.
