Compost bin?

Has anyone (recently) found a compost bin here in Dubai? I don't want the Bokashi one - just a simple garden bin ( we have rabbits so I have a lot of waste!)

I've tried ACE, Dubai Garden centre and Warsan nurseries. Astonishingly most staff have no idea what I"m talking about!

Can anyone help with a recent recommendation?

I ordered mine from Lakeland. It took about 2 months to arrive!

Thanks Ladies, Greeish, we've been toying with building one, but have a truely micro garden, and were worried a home made square compost bin would dominate it :(. Will check out the cafe - thanks Abaddon

I never found one that was any good so my handy husband built one. We used timber that was on a pile to be burnt, but you could get some at ACE. He just knocked together a box...four sides almost 1mx1m, no top, no base. You need roughly a cubic metre to get composting happening so it was the ideal size. Not too heavy so I could pull it off the finished compost and move it to the next spot to start again. I always kept a big plastic sheet over the top to keep moisture and heat in.
