kierfa that's the one thank you... can you tell me is it with the normal tea bags? also any idea on the package colour? Thanks It is a white rectangular teabag box and contains I guess 50 teabags, costing around dhs 26. Very effective and potent. In my carrefour I found it where those herbal teas are shelved.

Best I have found without side effects is Dr Stuart's Lax Plus. I have bought it at Lulu or online from Amazon.co.uk. It's excellent.

It is called Royal Tea. Available at Carrefour. I have personally used it, highly effective. But do follow the instructions .

senna tea, but i would highly advise to have that once at night every other night for 2 weeks maximum.. it could cause problems if taken more than that..

You could pick up a box of - Movicol from the pharmacy, very gentle and helps :) much better than ducolax If you are - it probably means you are dehydrated - typical for this time of the year :)

Get some raw rhubarb from Carrefour, Spinneys, etc, wash and eat a full stalk (tastes better with a bit of salt as v sour) and the issue will be solved within the hour (recommend that you stay at home after eating until the problem is resolved :-)).
