Has anyone tried Dr Nicholas & Asp for dental work in JBR? Am wondering if they only give you work if needed or whether like some they give you everything possible even if it's not needed?

TIA
DC

:)

Was the 18,000 for an implant and crown ? I had an implant at their Beach Road clinic a few years ago and it cost 14,000 with a temporary crown. They then informed me they wanted an extra 5,000 for the permanent crown, although I understood them to say the original 14,000 included everything. Opps, sorry, she said, got the price wrong !! Needless to say, the temp. crown is still happily in place !! Their dentists are excellent but pricey. If you do a search on here you will find other recommended dentists who are a lot cheaper but obviously we all make our own choices.

A friend paid 18,000 for one tooth replacement, not sure If this is the going rate, but to me it seems expensive.

I went there with a broken tooth and they were honest and said if they fixed it it would prob break again and was poss best to do nothing.. 12 months plus not had any issues. Had a small potential cavity which they said would prob refill with minerals if treated well so no need to fill at appt. So def didn't take me for a ride.

Been to the one in the Marina, DR Katerina, is very good, pricey but quality work, very gentle and understanding. No hard sell, will detail recommended work, give you a dental plan with prices and leave it up to you to what work to do and what work not to do. Saved me the cost of panoramic X-ray, by getting my UK dentist to email recent X-ray over to her at her suggestion.

My DH had his wisdom teeth removed there two weeks ago. They are very professional and do not request extra services that are not required.
