Please can anyone give me advice? My husband and I have been here for 6 years now and have both been married before, and we both have 2 grown up children. If we both die in a car accident tomorrow and we don't have a Dubai?UAE Will, who will be the beneficiary of my husbands pension, salary, furniture etc? Thank you...

People generally only do a will here if they have property which can be difficult to sort out without a will. The procedure used to be that a will was translated into arabic and attested at court. However there is now recently a new law allowing wills from your home country to be lodged at DIFC Re salary, pension, furniture, they all sound like things your DH's HR dept would be sorting out though, most companies would have the employee sign something to say who their beneficiary is for things like this. HTH.
