Has anyone used Elio Extreme for either fishing or cruising around burj etc.

They have had a lot of offers on groupon latley wondered if anyone has any first hand experiance of them.

Would you recommend them, were they good, did you catch any fish.

Thanks for your help, have some friends comming in October who want to fish and have a small cruise around the burj, marina area etc.

Nikki63, my husband went on a deep-sea fishing expedition the other morning, with a group of friends and someone to help them set up the fishing and catch. They left at 5 am and went 20 miles off-shore and caught quite a few fish, including a barracuda and a shark. Got back at about midday. If you're interested, I'll try and find out the name of the company they went with, they had a whale (sorry) of a time.

I have used them before and i was not impressed with there services, finally came to find out that i was cheated with the prices! so i booked my DH on a fishing trip with his friends a few weeks later with a different company and when he came back he had a great day and lots of fun and was thrilled with what they caught and again used that company and said he would never go back to elio extream

I did use them in May and would not use them again ever! I had to complain to Cobone and finaly after weeks of chasing I got full refund. They misled me, changed timings of my cruise on last minute, threaten to cancel the trip when we got to Marina etc, I paid for 3 hrs and they argued with me that I only have 2hrs booked, yacht was not in best condition...... I would advice to avoid this company based on my personal experience HTH
