No it is definitely in Nad Al Sheeba. I had spoken to several people there and even got some kind of direction from 2 people, but when I compared them it didn't match up. <em>edited by Cleopatra on 31/05/2011</em>

The collections department I went to was in Deria somewhere - however are you going to pay a loan repayment? I had to go and visit the collections department since my monthly car repayment was returned as they didnt believe the signature on the cheque was mine (it was - idiots) So went and made payment, which they lost in the system and it was a huge pain in the backside. I have since found out that I dont have to go to the collections department, I can just go to one of their deposit machines near the ATM's, type in my customer number and physically give it the cash and get a receipt. Much easier, this this incident has now happened several times. I have found them to be a rubbish bank btw. No one seems to know what day it is in there.
