The Land Rover LR4 does, and you have 2 full seats in the back for when visitors come. And as Di@DXB said, one of the Volvo models has a built-in booster and is available in Dubai.
...but the built in boosters are in the middle of the window seats, not right up against the edge of the seat You would never fit two full-size car seats beside the in-built booster. (Certainly not in the wagon/estate)

Apparently, Land Rover does. We have a Dodge Durango and it does, although we are now upgrading to the bigger car seats and I'm not sure how it's going to work!
We are looking at buying a car and I am wondering what cars will fit 2 cars seats and a booster seat in the back?
Not the Volvo V70...unless you have very narrow car seats. We found this out the hard way!

it is nothing from an official site but it has some good tips and the second answer down talks about the width of different cars backseats which is more important than the size of the car itself. A lot depends on the car seats you are using too. Radian makes narrow car seats but I don't know about their availability here. It might be easier if you could keep your oldest in a 5pt harness instead of a booster if possible because the hardest thing about 3 across with a booster is that they have to be able to reach to buckle and unbuckle the seat belt.
Some of the new Volvo models have inbuilt child booster seats in the back and space for baby seat as well. Not sure if this is in Dubai you could ask the Volvo dealership.
