I've bought them there - I think they were 10dhs each. They were stacked outside a shop against the window, so it was only by chance I noticed what they were. I don't remember the actual shop but it was definitely on the Al Khail Rd side of the complex, and down one of the side alleys. Wish I could be more specific. Once I'd bought them, I also noticed other stacks - bright pink seemed to be the most popular colour.
