Hi guys,

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Fitness First have recently acquired the Hayya Clubs in Lakes, Meadows and Springs. These 3 gyms are reasonably equipped and maintained with quite a variety of classes which they have been expanding into new areas since the acquisition. I can't really compare them to other gyms here beacuse I have only ever been a member of the Hayya Club. As far as classes are concerned I have only done RPM and TRX and been happy with the instructors there. I tried Zumba and walked out after 2 mins, LOL. Thought that instructor was a bit unprofessional. I think these would be the ones closest to you, but there may also be a couple down in the Marina or JBR area. Personally, I'm not especially happy with FF's customer Service attitude. They are very unresponsive to requests, and do not like to take accountability but the local venue is literally 5 mins walk from my home, so I stick with them :-/. FF as in Fitness first not Fidelity Fitness right? As I'm a member at Fidelity and had absolutely no issues. Gregory you coudl trial Fidelity; they let you try out their classe sor the gym before joining. http://www.fidelityfitnessclub.com/ The one I go to is in JLT, but they have another opened recently in Marina/JBR. Yet to check it out. So far.............loving it. ;)
