It was just a small reception, so we had around 40 guests. Gosh, I can't remember her name. IF she's still there, it was a lovely French lady. She was in charge of basically putting everything together, so if she's still there, they' put you in touch anyway.

We had our wedding reception in the small ballroom on the lobby level. It was stunning. They made up a special menu for us of dishes because we wanted a mixture of British/German cuisines and they did a fabulous job. We had a massive red velvet wedding cake - my choice :-) I hired my own dj and some of the sound system. If you bring your own alcohol, you'll be charged a corkage fee per bottle. We were given a suit for the night and any of our guests who wanted to book rooms, were offered discounts. Their wedding planner was amazing and paid attention to every tiny detail. We had a fabulous time.

I can't say anything about the actual venue other than the staircase down to the ballroom is to die for! It was one of the venues that we viewed and even though we didn't go with it in the end, we fell in love with the staircase and could just imagine a grand entrance down those stairs and amazing photos.

Lovely venue, rooftop is great for photos (if you're looking for a photog, check out www.similitudephotography.com)! Best of luck with your wedding planning, I've never know anything so me so stressful and exciting at the same time!
