Need to dilute some milk for our new puppy; the owners gave us a bag without a scoop - website says 20ml water to one scoop but no measurement of the scoop; does someone have a scoop they could measure and tell me please?

How frustrating, you're right there's no information to be found anywhere! Have you tried calling their helpline in the UK? 0845 300 5011 Thanks, they aren't open yet, have emailed and will try again later. :) Helpline were very good, thanks. Just for anyone else who needs the info; as per nutritionist at Royal Canin, scoop is 10ml. This does give a quite thick consistency from what I have seen. So dilution is 1:2 (10ml formula to 20ml water). Vets by the way said 2.5ml to 5ml per 20ml water, breeder said 15 ml in 125ml which just shows how wrong we can all get it - some severely malnourished pups out there then. <em>edited by Aryanwynn on 26/04/2012</em>

Thanks Zengirl, I found that product info - it has everything on it EXCEPT the size of the scoop! AAARGH. Conflicting measurements from each vet or pet shop I phone so I really need someone who has a tin lying around to just measure for me :)
