I am intolerant to yeast and cow's milk. I have eliminated these and am supposed to feel better after a month. There is no improvement at all and it is over one month. Anyone else been through this? I feel exhausted and my brain isn't functioning as it should. Poor memory, lack of concentration etc. Is this to be expected?
Please help!
Thank you!

How did you find out you were intolerant to yeast and cow's milk? This might not be the only thing you are intolerant too. I've recently done a food intolerance test at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre and I thought I had the healthiest diet anyone could have. Turned out I am intolerant to over 50 foods !!!! I've started eliminating the ones I had a strong intolerance to (i.e pineapple, kiwi, cashew and many other nuts, flaxseeds......) and I feel great.

I would go see your doc if you are doing it correctly. I have a yeast intolerance and only need to do 2 weeks of Stage 1 (really restricted) before I start feeling myself again.

Yeah trip to the doc by the sounds of it. I was OK within 2-3 weeks but I didn't have enormous of amounts of energy either, but could start to concentrate a wee bit better.

I have been very strict. No sauces, tinned food, vinegar, I have been following Erica White recommendations and haven't deviated. No tea/coffee, no alcohol, no fruit. Only eating allowed foods. Looks like a trip to the doc then? Thanks for reply.

Are you eliminating everything from canned/tinned food to bottled sauces etc? You should be feeling much better if you are sticking to fresh veg, unprocessed meat, egg, an actimel or 2 a day and 1-2 fruits. Are you eating enough? I reckon if you are doing it right and still don't feel well that you should leg it back to the dr. I saw Bernard Fisher and he was very supportive. He also prescribed EyeQ fish-oil and virgin evening primrose oil and other probiotics available from the Organic Cafe.
