I am with you, kissymac. A father splitting a family because he wants to/is addicted to the Mulla is NO Excuse. And how does he explain this to his daughter - she must ask questions, many questions ... Some people have no soul.

of course the mother would want to return to her home country after a marriage split........i know i would. why be made to stay in a foreign country just because her husband choses to live and work there!!! and why shouldnt her children go with her back to their home country??? lets be honest here mums are the ones who look after the kids day in and out. mums are the ones who are there 24hrs a day for their kids........... this little girl is now probally being brought up by a maid while her father is at work most of the day. If he wants to see his kids as much as possible then why doesnt he get a job back in his home country.??

not an excuse ... just sayin... more concerning is the fact that the goverment here allows felons to reside freely with no consequences to their actions intheir respective countries- that's SCARY

I just looked up Wikipedia for NPD and got [b'> The narcissist is described as being excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power, prestige and vanity. Narcissistic personality disorder is closely linked to self-centeredness. [/b'> How is this any different from just being a pillock? LOL like xx

Lots of people have NPD. Unfortunately for some, I don't think it means anything in a custody battle. I think a good number of people I know in the UAE could be easily diagnosed with this 'syndrome'. What an excuse.

SamD: ABU DHABI // “I’m between a rock and a hard place, and I have to do what’s best for my daughter,” Mr Azzolina-Michlin said. Right, so let me get this - You lie to a JUDGE, steal your daughter away from her mother and younger sister and you want me to feel that you have the best moral compass to judge what is best for your daughter? Wonder whose helicopter you fly? SamD - ) THe father of the children flies for Abu Dhabi Police - Search and Rescue unit - can you believe - what a hero? There are so many judgmental comments on this threat - when people have no idea about the circumstances at all e.g the father has a dignosed NPD ...
