L1 D4 - things are getting easier and I thought the time went quickly doing it today. Still really feeling it at the time but not in pain afterwards. I am thinking of repeating level 1 for increased benefit and fitness before moving on to level 2. :)

Day 3 done! Cyclone T, I'm interested to hear where you've seen / felt the biggest difference. Have you been measuring or weighing yourself or going by the fit of your clothes? PS well done for keeping it up, you're inspiring me to see it through too!

Day 18 Shredded ;) Well done. After which day did you start to see a difference in your body? Keep up the good work and keep us posted. I felt stronger after Day 5 and I got a compliment about having good arms for an 'older' lady on Day 12 (yes I remember the exact day as compliment are few and far between :))

Sorry ladies I have to bow out of this thread :( My knee is giving me trouble and I notice that when I don't exercise it starts feeling better and when I do it feels worse. So now I've prescribed myself one week's rest before seeking physio if necessary. Anyway I wanted to congratulate Cyclone and everyone else who is going so well. You CAN do it, go girls!!! Aww I'm sorry your knee is giving you trouble. Hope its feeling right as rain soon! I did Day 5 this morning, I was having to mentally shout and call myself a lazy fat @rse to get myself out of bed though to do it... glad I did though!!

Stopped procrastinating and did Day 1 yesterday.... am doing Day 2 this evening. I actually enjoyed it, but am a bit achy today. Just for information (and I don't work there or anything), but an outlet store of Sun Sand and Sports (or something like that) has opened up on Al Quoz, on the road behind Dubai Garden Centre. I got a yoga mat for 29dhs and 2 x 1kg weights for 11dhs; just thought I'd share, as it seemed pretty cheap!

WOW BlueSlippers that's brilliant. I would be overjoyed with 2kgs and 4cm. Must measure myself in the morning, I'm day 5 tomorrow so still plenty of time. Well done!

Thanks Mimi, Well last time i measured myself before i started then every week took measurements and weight. Didn't lose much kg's only 2 but measurements lost alot about 4cm off my tummy area which i think is good work. I was feeling really good afterwards.

Good luck BlueSlippers! Would you mind sharing what results you achieved from Shredding previously? Might give us all a boost and some motivation :)

I'm going on Day 5, haven't noticed changes yet. When do you actually start seeing a difference? I know it'll vary from one to another. I'm just so anxious, really want to get rid of my tummy.

good morning shredders! I'm starting with the programme again and just finished day 1's routine, and still shaking. Boy, it doesn't take long to become unfit when you stop working out! The goal is to complete 30 days straight. I'm going on honeymoon soon.......years after we got married so have to look the way I did then!

Finally done day 7...really had to force myself to do it! Getting a bit bored of level 1 and actually looking forward to level 2! (I'm sure I'll eat my words in a couple of days!)

DC - same here - I have 3 kgs and a whole load of wobbly flesh to lose. Saying that before I started the 30 day shred, I had 6.5kg and a whole load more jelly to get shot of so it's defo helping me go in the right direction! Good luck. Now there's a bit of inspiration for me!

I need to lose a bit of weight - not a lot, just the last 3kgs to get to what I was pre-pregnancy - but I really want to lose the wobbly, mushy look I've gained since I had a baby! Sounds like just the ticket :).

I am a healthy BMI so do not need to lose weight and am doing it to tone up. I see that my stamina and coordination is much better. I feel that I have more tone in my shoulders and arms and that my hips look narrower. My 17 year old daughter in Australia has been doing it 'with' me and combined with eating more healthfully she has lost 3.1kg and 4cm off her hips, 2cm off her waist and 2cm from each thigh. *She is also doing either a outdoors walk or 30 minutes on the treadmill too*
