FINALLY managed to do Level 1 Day 2. WHY am I finding it so hard to get back into it :(
srdoucet - the shred is on dvd - we all do it at home. It is perfect if you have little ones and cannot find the time to make it to the gym. If you look up some of the older threads on the Shred, people have mentioned where to buy it.
I am finally back to the shred. Been traveling a lot lately which has made it very difficult. I started on Day 1 level 1 today followed by some yoga. Using heavier weights this time around...hoping to make a bigger difference this time around. I was pleased last time with results, but looking to go further this time!
On another note, I became a fan of the Jillan page on FB (love her tips). If you get a chance, check it out.

stupid question maybe but can't we find the dvd anywhere?
I'm thinking I may have to do this since I can't get to the gym often with the LOs at home but should be able to fit in a workout during nap time.
Started shredding this week, day 4 completed. I feel great. Got up at 6am this morning before work and think I will do one when I get home too. Happy shredding ladies!!
Nice to see another happy shredder but try not to overdo it as you may not be giving yourself enough repair and rest time.

I have a shredding question. I have been doing it for about 15 days now, religiously!, and not only have I not lost any weight, I am heavier than I have ever been! I look different/better but have never been so heavy in my life! Help!
