After experiencing many bad haircuts and hair colouring gone wrong from hair stylists around Dubai, I was so relieved to find Donna. She's really good. I'm scared now that I've given her a glowing review, she'll get too booked up to fit me in. :)

I have used kerastase for the last two years. I've tried 3 different kerastase product lines. The one I' m currently using is called nutritive. It has an orange lid. The shampoo and conditioner with the hot pink lid is great too. The conditioner lasted nearly a year! I have long hair and only needed a small dab of it. The kerastase shampoo and conditioner with the muted pink lid did not work on my hair at all. The bottle of conditioner only lasted one month because i had to apply so much to my hair. I buy my products from Roots al Barsha. They are priced the same as what I would pay in Australia. Donna cuts and colors my hair, so she's also great at advising on the best product for me. They also give free samples of Kerastase too try, which has helped me find the right product with the best formulation for my hair type. I use the same ones and know Donna too haha

I use Kerastase all the time. I have bought it here in a hairdressers and have noticed no difference in quality to the UK. Is more expensive here but still worth every penny x

I'm not always convinced things are genuine here, despite being sold in normal shops. I buy mine in the UK and claim the tax back on leaving the country! I use it here and definately not fake lol

I love Kerastase products, but as they are pricey I only buy them when I'm back in the UK, so (a) I know they are genuine and (b) I get them tax free... agreed - they are SO over-priced here. you can get some good deals from the stores on ebay. I priced them in my hairdressers in the UK and my hairdressers here. They were the same price give or take a few dirhams How do you get them tax free? and have never seen fake ones here as they are all sold in hairdressers
