I know this has been discussed in the past, but I was hoping for a referral from someone who has been to a life coach recently... There are so many advertised, its a bit tricky to sift through all of them and choose one!

Thanks so much for your help :)

Hi Saffachik, I know there is a lot of information out there... and it gets all too overwhelming to know where to start. The first thing is to litteraly shop around for a life coach, ask for a demo / trial session (some life coaches offer this free of charge). Word of mouth is always very helpful, and in regards to credentials, def. check the coaches out. But the most important is go with your gutt feeling! Good luck!

With Life/Success Coaching it depends on how you get on with the Coach...Male or Female, you need to resonate with them..They usually offer a one to one Free session first as a taster to see if you get on..Also check how many hours of practice they have had and what accreditation organisations they belong to aswell as their background before becoming a coach. These are people I know of personally through friends and/or connections. From what I understand we are not supposed to advertise on EW (but I guess thats just if its yr own company/partners), but here goes, hoping to help... www.leapconsultancy.ae - Rawan Albina Tricia@emirates.net.ae - Tricia Evans Sherry@iseeu.nu - Sherry Maw Amina Khalifa - aminakhalifa63@gmail.com Mick Todd - mike@2blimitless.com Adam Zargar - adam.zargar@2blimitless.com I also know of Beryl Cromar listed below, who was the first coach in Dubai to offer NLP training.
