Hi, looking for some advice please. We have cancelled our maids visa and her 30 days grace period is up on 25th August. She is 6 months pregnant and will be sponsored by her husband. I spoke to her today and she informs me that they have not started processing her new visa and that it takes time! I getting a bit fed up as they always seem to be stalling. I'm aware that she is still legally our responsibility until her husband sponsors her, I am concerned that this is going to take a while and she will rack up overstay fines. What happens if she goes into early labour and still has no visa?! Thinking that the best thing would be to put her on a flight on the 25th, just feel really mean!
