Can anybody recommend a good meditation retreat (spirituality rather than religiously-based) in India? I like the look of the OSHO one just south of Mumbai but it seems a little pricey for me. TIA :0)

Thanks amleite, I'll make contact with them both. I had a little look onto the dhamma site and it looks just like what I'm looking for :0) Hadn't really considered Nepal (no reason really) so this may be good option too. Thanks again

Have a look at http://www.dhamma.org/ it is certainly not a resort though - more of 'back to basics' approach. And very intense - some hard work, serious meditation for 10 days. And why not Nepal? Not as chaotic as India perhaps. I went to Kathmandu and it was beautiful. I was told that Dhamma Pokhara Meditation Centre is even nicer. Good luck with you search!
