Was going to contribute but then I saw all the comments about diet food.... mine is definitely NOT diet food! I love casseroles, pasta, pizza (homemade) lamb cutlets you name it! Happy to share with anyone that's not on a diet lol

Thanks ladies - I now have ideas for dinner for the week :) (Apart from the fish and chips which just the thought alone makes my mouth water, but not good for the waistline at the moment LOL) you could always call it a 'treat'

Salmon fillet (wrapped in a foil with olive oil, garlic and sun dried tomato paste and cooked in the oven for 10 minutes) served with a side of grilled carrots and asparagus.

As I am on a diet we are having a meal from Weight Watchers - Turkey Burgers- served with potatoe wedges made with low fat cooking spray http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=7010922 For lunch i made a pot of Nigella's wonderful Chicken noodle soup which I have adapted to weight watchers points
