It was about 3 - 4 weeks when it should have been 2 at the most. Our kitchen was prefab and was shipped from Germany so we timed it with the contractor to take out the original kitchen then have the new one put in. Typical of Dubai, delays at port, paperwork, etc. ended up being nearly a month. The guys who put in the kitchen were total pros and knew exactly what they were doing which was a relief and they had Oliver breathing down their necks. It is an inconvenience having to eat takeouts and eat out all the time but it was worth it in the end. Novum can cater for various budgets and at the end of the day you do get what you pay for. Btw, have had a couple of friends who had bought Ikea kitchens. Of course alot cheaper and the only thing is that they were not as flexible and accommodating on the design aspect and installation was mediocre, eg. cupboards not lining up, slightly wonky in places but if you're not fussed it would be an option.

I just added something to a kitchen thread, call Oliver Gottling at Novum Intl. They fitted our kitchen and organized the contractor so I didn't have to get too involved in the details. 04 885 3835. They have a showroom upstairs in Green Community but by appt only. Oliver is German so you know that you're going to get something exact and precise! I was v happy with the result.

We had the cupboard doors replaced, new tiling and a couple of additional cupboards and it looks great. Work done by Space3 - if you do a search on here I am sure it will come up with the details. Good luck!

We installed a new kitchen in our villa a few years back. Got IKEA to do the planning and installation although wish i had thought more about where to put lights etc. OK quailty for the price.
