BBmover check in Al Adil stores... use the name that janatks provided... I have never seen it.But I never looked for it as well... its worth checking there since its an Indian grocery store with all kinds of stuff that you dont normally get in other places Where are Al Adil stores? New here........ We live in the Marina. Thanks

If you can find Glucomannan tablets in dubai,they work even better than husks in cleaning you up from the inside. Its called 'nature's broom' as it works that well in helping with regular bowel and cleansing. Dr.Oz even recommends it on his tv show. Weight loss is also another nice benefit that comes with it ;) Now this Dr Oz character also recommends the African mango tabs! Who is this person? Shall look for these as well!

Yes sure. First thing I do s cut out sugar, salt, dairy and wheat. I'm still waiting on our shipped goods to arrive for my juicer and detox book so when they do I follow the Jason Vale juicing detox for 7 days which gives your body a good kick start. For the first couple of days you may feel a bit sluggish and experience a headache (not everyone) then you notice energy levels rise. Then I continue with the 14 day plan. It's all about raw vegetables and fruit plus the husks and wheatgrass being added to the juice. Then introducing healthy foods! At the moment, I'm desperate to detox so bought some African Mango super fruit tabs (stimulant free) to help with the cleanse and following the diet plan which is healthy. Also eating gluten free but I've cheated a little and used Spelt crackers until I find some gluten free bread. Spelt has less gluten. I bought the tablets on Thursday at Lifestyle Nutrition in Marina for 295dhs (ouch!) and never used them before but recently moved here and seriously want to cleanse. There are 120 capsules. Lets see how they work - may be money down the tube. Need the psyllium husks for the morning drink for this with lemon and water. I regularly drink green tea, possibly addicted to it! I normally drink Cho Yung tea as well, morning and evening, which helps but run out and found somewhere to order online so will do that too. I used Cho Yung to shift an extra stone a couple of years ago which helped. It cleanses too! You can also buy green tea coffee which you percolate or in a decaffinator and only drink in the morning. Plus I increase my cardio activity! Not always easy to hit the gym and I've been slack before the move but trying to get to the gym in our apartment block. I eat quite healthily but have noticed a few pounds creep on since arriving and people have told me about the 'Dubai Stone'. ;-) Hope that helps!
