i so miss power plate from my uk virgin gym - they had a whole studio of them! it's amazing and you'll see real results. be prepared for a weird feeling the first time you use it - as if your teeth are going to fall out! you get used to it though.

Great - thanks ladies. Think i will keep doing some cardio classes and do this as a suplement then. Cheers :P

I use it at my gym but only with a PT. It's hard but you get great results, so would recommend it.

I was a member at Good Vibes in Covent Garden (the original power plate only gym) and I used to do it 20 mins 3 times a week. My legs were rock hard by week 4. So yep - go for it. You won't lose weight and I guess maybe not even inches but you do feel toned for sure :)

I am interested in signing up for some power plate sessions at my gym, but am not sure if they are any good. Has anybody tried one? What were the effects? Is it worth doing? Thanks in advance for your comments etc :)
