Hello, we have to move out of our apartment in Dubai Marina and are considering 4 bedrooms + maids room apartments in the Princess Tower and Elite Residences. Does anyone have feedback on these two buildings?

Hi atrain, We're currently living in Princess Tower and are enjoying it. The facilities are good and the building is still within its settling in period so little faults are constantly being fixed. Although this is our first year in dubai and we haven't experienced any of the other towers in the marina, I would recommend it. The only downsides are the construction noise and road traffic that you can hear in the evenings. Also, if you have a large vehicle, I would make sure you are comfortable with using the basement car park as the ramps are quite tight to manoeuvre and car park spots can also be tight. The best part of it is that no one will have lived in the apartment before you so everything is new. Hope this helps...
