thanks for the replies. I know you can use normal pastry, but this particular recipe tastes better with sweet pastry....

You just use the normal pastry that u find in the frozen department , you not need sweet pastry, shortcrust for a tarte...

Marks and Spencer. Be careful how you choose though as many of the pastry cases are broken.

Doesn't really matter if you put a sweet filling into a pastry case with no sugar in it.
