Shop & Ship packages going missing?

We have had two packages delivered to Shop & Ship in New York which have disappeared :( Both were delivered on the same day, Friday 14th September, from two different courier companies, and we have the delivery confirmations. Neither package is showing up in the "My Packages" section of the S&S website. Packages that were delivered to NY *after* these two *have* turned up here in Dubai.

DH has opened a support case using the website but hasn't heard anything back yet. Has anyone else had any similar trouble with S&S packages from the States going missing? Normally we have good service from them, but having two packages go missing, with both of them delivered to the S&S depot on the same day (but at different times) isn't very impressive :( Hopefully, they've just been overlooked on a shelf or something.

Yes I had the same thing happen in May, eventually after ringing and logging a report on the website (many times) and hearing two conflicting reports on what was happening with my package, S&S deemed my package lost and I was re-imbursed. Initially the service was horrid, then I managed to speak with someone who knew what she was doing, she was actually from S&S as opposed to Aramex and the matter got resolved. Keep ringing that is my best advice. Then,after re-ordering my goods which were received promptly, a few months later my original package turned up! So I had three of the same dresses - my bestie was very happy although we now have to ring up and make sure we don't turn up in the same outfit.

I had a package delivered to my us shop and ship on August 8th but aramex could not find it and said it was never received. Because it was sent via us mail there was no record of delivery. Aramex were very unhelpful on the phone. They didn't phone back when they agreed to. I got onto the seller who agreed to courier another package free of charge and I did receive this one thankfully in good time. Today to my surprise I received an email from aramex telling me I can now pay for my shipment and it is in the area for delivery. So they obviously found it. I have no intention of paying for it twice.

I've not had anything go missing but when i ordered from the US it took far far longer than ordering from a UK supplier - in the end I never ordered from the US on shop and ship - hope the parcels turn up. At the end of the day if they have proof of delivery to the depot - they must be somewhere and surely that will be up to aramex to sort out..... good luck!
