I really want to take our Mr. Butlers soda maker with us when we go but am not sure if I will be able to get the gas cylinders for it? Does anyone know if the soda stream bottles fit the Mr. Butlers version you buy here?

sorry not helpful but OMG I have not seen a sodastream since about 1985 :D do they sell them here?Not likely, the company is Israeli.

Im not too sure either, we never brought our sodastream with us when we moved here. On the note of replacing empty bottles, just this week I had sent a complaint to the economic department of Dubai to complain about the lack of stock kept by Lulu. This was then followed by a phonecall from the manager at Lulu Barsha profusely apologising for the lack of stock and assured me that after his meeting with the supplier, which they threatened to remove the item from their shops if the lack of refills was to continue, they reached an agreement that the supplier will increase an additional 50 bottles.... what that equates to on the current demand, I'm not sure, but it's a step in the right direction. But to see it actually happen is another story all together!

I Have a sodaclub which I think is the same then sodastream. My sodaclub cylinders have a different screw then the ones from butler and for that can not be refilled. The Butlersteam was amazing and tried everything to refill but no chance.
