DH's company always hires 2nd/3rd year engineering students for summer internships. . They however start their search in March and finalise everything by end May. I guess that goes for many companies, so U'm afraid they've left it a bit late.

Your nephews' university should have a careers department which helps students find jobs and internships. There are also internship opportunities advertised on company websites and online recruiters. E.g. there seem to be quite a few on careerjet.ae. Good luck to your nephews and niece! unfortunately their universities only offer it to children in their final year of education... not for the earlier years they have already been looking online but i was hoping someone here would have a more credible opportunity
