It depends what kind of covers they are. If they removable covers then any tailor should be able to do it. If they are the type that are stapled to a the seat then I would recommend one of the car upholstry places in Satwa. Im sure if you take a sample to them, they will be able to do it. They have loads of different materials to choose from, or if you have one in mind, you can bring your own material. HTH
