Yes, the Disney store is there, but I was there day before yesterday and they don't have any "Up" merchandise.... Maybe they did at one point, I'm not sure. It wasn't really character based like other Disney stores I've been to- they had a lot of clothing and accessories. I thought I saw Up pajamas in Toys r us but I don't remember when.

There is a Disney Store in Dubai Mall near the waterfall with the diving men. Second floor I believe.

Annabel in mcc and festival city sells Disney cloths and pijamas. The quality is quite good. They were having a sale last time I went so they didn't have all the sizes available. There is also a shop in dubai mall that sells Disney accessories. It's near the nespreso shop where q decor used to be.
