Has anyone seen different types of tofu anywhere? Any recommendations - I really don't like it if it's watery. Would really like to track down the airy stuff that comes in a light batter in cubes.

Mall of Emirates Carrefour has a great selection in the fridge section, near the fresh fruit. They have the batter tofu in a variety of flavours which comes with a packet of sauce in each. They are ready to eat or you can cook them, delicious!

Lulu`s in al Barsha has the best variety. Organic firm, semi-firm, silken tofu, tofu cutlets etc... Most of it is reasonaby priced too. Local tofu is awful.

Hi, emur! Spinney's stocks [url=http://www.house-foods.com/Tofu/products_detail.aspx?id=44'>Tofu Cutlet[/url'>. Non-watery, very firm.
