I saw loads of them in the fancy dress shop in one of the small malls on Jumeirah Rd. Cant remember the mall name but its the one with Automatic Grill in!

I think there's also a stall at the JBR Covent Garden market on Fridays, not sure about prices though. Dragon mart may be the best place for bulk buying and negotiating though if they have them there.

There are a few shops in Dragonmart that sell them, near the middle (H? - I [i'>think[/i'>) where all the kiddy tat is like butterfly wings and other stuff. There are some rubbish ones and elaborate ones, I saw them about 2 weeks ago - not sure of the prices but there was definitely a few places stocking them
