We have a cooler/dispenser from Masafi. But they don't do cleaning or maintenance. Can anyone advise where we can get cleaning and maintenance from?

Remove the empty water bottle and unplug the dispenser. Mix up a weak bleach solution of 1 tablespoon of bleach for every 1 gallon of water. Use this solution to wipe around the top of the dispenser where the bottle sits, around the tap nozzles, and the drip tray. Pour the solution into the dispenser until it is full. Let the solution sit in the dispenser for at least 5 mins (but no more than 10 mins) then drain into a bucket and dispose of it. Flush the dispenser out with fresh clean water at least four times (i.e fill with fresh water, drain, refill x 4). Done :) same here. :)

Dont know about maintenance but for cleaning I was told I should clean the part where the bottle goes in and water flows through with a bleach solution as this is the primary reason for increased readings of harmful bacteria in water samples that come from water dispensers. Also clean the head of the bottle well before you put it on the dispenser.
