Where can I buy the plastic holes that cover hole punched paper?

I really need to get hold of a packet of those see through round plastic hole covers that you use on paper that it already hole punched to stop it from tearing...phew long sentence! Anyway havent seen any in the normal stationery aisles in the supermarkets. Is there anywhere around Jumeirah way? I forget what they are called. Thank you. :cool:
