a friend of mine took me to Bin Sougat, u know one of those specialised shops for dish dash. got some for boys at 50 dhs. that's too far me to go on my own. any idea how much these cost at the shops around al barsha?

TIA :)

hi ladies, thank you for all your input! i was at Mirdif City Centre & the shops there charge betw Dhs 150-170 & take abt 3 days to stitch. but i live on this side. i can only imagine the shops in MoE would cost more. i guess it's high time i explore Satwa. many thanks again :)

There is a tailor on Sh Zayed Road called AlAmiri... they are really good! They are excellent and I can vouch for that, they belong to my DHs family BUT they are VERY expensive

DH gets his tailored in a small shop off Al Diyafa Rd called Thawb al Watani. Very good selection of fabric, fair pricing, and discounts are given to loyal customers. was in Satwa this AM, loads of dishdasha tailors. Al Amiri sells like the rolls royce of dishdasha material, mostly imported from Italy. Given the quality of the material sold I would expect that their in-house tailor is top notch as well!

You will struggle to find one for less than 100aed in albarsha, why not pop to satwa they will make one there for less, or you could go to the small shops in al barsha and see but I would doubt it :(
