Where to get my laptop fixed, no sound

My 1yr old daughter poured water on my laptop and it stopped working. I sent it to geeks.ae and they replaced the keyboard and supposedly did some other "cleanings" but when I got it back (after like 4 days) there was no sound. So obviously like the soundcard or something on the motherboard needs to be replaced or something (I have no clue as I'm really not that technically gifted/educated). I took it back to them and as it wasn't a "quick fix" I had to leave it with them again. I checked with them the next day and they estimated another 3 days to troubleshoot and fix! I can't function that well without my laptop as I do not have an alternate. Can anyone suggest a good place that I can take it to that is fast and efficient??
